SEAMLESS GUTTERS

Seamless gutters

Gutters cut on site to fit your roofline, with guards and downspout upgrades that carry water off the roof and away from the foundation.

Chapter 01

Where gutters fail, and where the water goes next

Gutters rarely fail all at once. Leaves, twigs, dirt and shingle grit settle at the bends and the downspouts, a small blockage turns into an overflow, and rainwater with nowhere to go spills over the edge or backs up under the shingles.

The signs are easy to spot from the yard: leaks, sagging sections, rust and clogs that keep coming back. Left alone, the water soaks the fascia, splashes mud up the siding, erodes the soil beside the foundation and works its way into the roof edge. Damaged gutters can cause roof leaks, because poor drainage pushes water under the shingles.

Northwest and Northeast Arkansas get heavy spring storms and plenty of tree cover, which is a hard combination for any gutter that is already sagging or packed with debris.

Seamless runs, cut to your roofline on site

A seamless gutter is one continuous piece of metal, custom cut on site to fit your house. With no joints along the run, there are fewer places to leak, rust or catch debris. Elite works with aluminum, steel and copper gutter systems, so the metal can match the house and the budget.

The work covers new gutter installation for new homes and replacements, repair and maintenance, gutter guard installation to stop clogs, and downspout repair and upgrades that improve how water moves away from the house.

Sectional gutters cost less up front but can need more repairs where the joints let go. Seamless systems cost a bit more, last longer and cut the chance of water damage to the roof and foundation. We will price both if you ask, and (479) 231-1199 is the number to call.

Chapter 03

Keeping them clear after the crew leaves

Clean gutters twice a year, in spring and late fall, and more often under heavy trees.

Gutter guards reduce how much debris builds up and help stop the clogs that cause overflow, which means less ladder time for you. They do not replace the habit of looking up at the gutters after a big wind.

Gutters and roofs share the same edge, so damage to one often touches the other. Allison Miller, in a five-star Google review, wrote about Elite handling "the roof replacement and repairs to our gutters" after a tree limb fell onto her roof. If your roof needs work, have the gutters looked at in the same visit.

"He was very professional, responsive and ensured the work was completed efficiently and to a high standard." Allison Miller, Google review, on her roof and gutter repairs.
